✔ Identify client needs and develop strategic solutions to meet those needs.
✔ Drive business performance, focusing on CASA and Fee Growth.
✔ Acquire new customers and nurture existing relationships for long-term growth.
🛠 Operational Excellence
✔ Ensure smooth branch operations, working closely with the Central Operations Unit.
✔ Maintain accurate records of transactions, including inter-bank operations.
✔ Prepare statutory reports and ensure compliance with BOT regulations.
✔ Oversee branch security, risk control, and financial safety procedures.
💡 Leadership & Team Development
✔ Lead and motivate branch staff to provide exceptional customer service.
✔ Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and mentorship.
✔ Manage resources effectively within budgetary constraints.
🌍 Community Engagement & Customer Experience
✔ Actively participate in community affairs to enhance Exim Bank’s visibility.

What You Bring to the Role
📌 Qualifications & Experience
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 5 years’ experience in the banking industry, with exposure to Retail Banking.
