🎯 Key Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, Banking, Finance, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized institution.
✔ Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, or a related discipline (preferred).
✔ Professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, or Chartered Economist (Ch.E.) are an added advantage.
✔ Minimum 15 years of experience in a financial institution, including 5 years in senior leadership (C-suite level).
✔ Strong understanding of East Africa’s financial, business, and legal environment.

📌 Strategic Leadership – Guide EADB’s financial and developmental strategy to enhance economic growth in the region.
📌 Financial Performance Oversight – Lead financial planning, cash flow management, and risk mitigation.
📌 Sustainability & ESG Advocacy – Drive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives and secure funding for sustainable projects.
📌 Talent Development – Inspire and mentor a team of professionals to position EADB as a top employer in the region.
📌 Innovation & Growth – Foster a culture of creativity and adaptability, ensuring the bank’s products and services evolve with regional demands.
📌 Stakeholder Collaboration – Build and maintain relationships with governments, regional organizations, private sector partners, and international financial institutions.
