Available Positions
1. Operations Manager (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize daily operations to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational growth.
Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and compliance frameworks.
Collaborate with internal departments to drive synergy and operational excellence.
Ensure regulatory compliance and robust risk management strategies.
Facilitate technology-driven solutions for seamless fund management and reporting.
Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, fund administrators, and custodians.
Support new product launches and operational readiness initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial operations or pension management.
Strong track record in process optimization and risk mitigation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
2. IT Manager (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring security and efficiency.
Implement data security protocols to protect sensitive client information.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT system issues to minimize downtime.
Develop and execute IT solutions to enhance organizational performance.
Manage databases critical to pension and asset management.
Lead cybersecurity initiatives and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Plan system upgrades and introduce innovative IT solutions.
Collaborate with external vendors for optimal IT service delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
Expertise in MySQL, Python, PHP, JavaScript, Django, HTML, and Springboot.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certifications (CCNA, CISSP, AWS) are a plus.
3. Investment Officer (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor investment portfolios for optimal diversification and risk management.
Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify investment opportunities.
Develop and refine investment policies aligned with regulatory standards.
Drive innovative financial solutions and competitive investment strategies.
Assess investment portfolios and recommend high-yield opportunities.
Generate comprehensive reports on investment performance and compliance.
Serve as a liaison between APeF and investment advisors.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in portfolio management, preferably within pension or financial services.
Strong analytical skills in market research and investment analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. CFA, SICC (CMSA), or FMVA certification required.
4. Operations Officer (2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
Support operational processes, including member onboarding and records maintenance.
Monitor workflows to ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
Manage client data and conduct KYC updates.
Coordinate with IT, finance, and customer care teams to improve operations.
Assist in preparing operational reports and contribute to new product launches.
Maintain proper documentation and digital records.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years in operations or financial services administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
5. Marketing Officer (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote APeF’s services.
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs.
Design multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital and print.
Collaborate with product teams to ensure brand alignment.
Establish partnerships with agencies and media outlets.
Track marketing performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Plan and execute promotional events and customer engagement activities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in marketing, preferably in financial services.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Certification in Digital Marketing or Graphic Design is an advantage.
6. Fund Accountant (2 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
Record and manage fund expenses, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Reconcile units of funds and maintain accurate NAV calculations.
Process fund transactions and generate daily accounting reports.
Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain transparent financial records.
Organize and maintain fund accounting documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in fund accounting or financial reporting.
Familiarity with Collective Investment Schemes and Pension Fund operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or ACCA certification required.
7. Customer Care Officer (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Ensure exceptional service delivery and accurate information sharing.
Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Support new member onboarding and customer records management.
Gather customer feedback and present insights for service improvements.
Organize customer engagement events and seminars.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in financial services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, or related fields.
8. Accounts Officer I (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Process payments, invoices, and financial reports.
Monitor expenses and assist in fund accounting activities.
Manage petty cash and contribute to month-end financial close.
Support audit processes and financial compliance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in accounts management, reconciliation, or financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. CPA certification preferred.
