📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets – Consistently meet or surpass sales goals.
✔ Client Negotiations – Handle contract discussions and close deals with potential customers.
✔ Pricing Strategy – Assist in setting pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
✔ Sales Presentations – Deliver compelling presentations to a range of prospective clients.
✔ Customer Engagement – Build strong relationships and provide personalized solutions to clients.
✔ Market Expansion – Visit clients and potential leads to evaluate their needs and promote our services.
✔ Client Retention – Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure excellent post-sale service.
✔ Product Knowledge – Stay informed about company programs and effectively communicate them to clients.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
✅ Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
✅ At least 6 months of sales experience (cargo sales experience is a plus!).
✅ Strong analytical & negotiation skills.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
✅ Ability to work independently & in a team with confidence.
✅ Fluent in both English & Swahili.
