📊 Reporting To:
- Administratively – Country Manager
- Functionally – Group CFO
Key Responsibilities
✔ Oversee financial management, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
✔ Manage group financials, accounts, audits, and tax-related matters efficiently.
✔ Generate regular financial reports in line with business requirements.
✔ Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and company policies.
✔ Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and sustainability.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA certification (or equivalent professional qualification).
📌 Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role.
- Experience working in multi-company environments is an added advantage.
📊 Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, audits, and tax regulations.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic financial planning abilities.
- Knowledge of financial systems and ERP software.
- High level of integrity, leadership, and decision-making skills.
