Your Key Responsibilities:
📊 Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
📈 Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial projections.
💰 Payroll & Employee Payments: Ensure accurate salary disbursement and statutory deductions.
📄 Invoicing & Credit Control: Oversee billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
📝 Tax Compliance: Handle VAT, corporate tax, and statutory return submissions.
✅ Internal Controls & Audits: Maintain financial controls and support audit processes.
🚀 Strategic Financial Support: Provide insights to drive business growth.
What You Bring:
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✔ Certification: CPA or equivalent (preferred).
✔ Experience: 3-5 years in accounting (experience in education or transport industry is a plus).
✔ Tech Savvy: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, Xero, or similar software.
✔ Knowledge: Strong understanding of Tanzanian tax laws and financial regulations.
