As part of our growth, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Supervisor to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage resources efficiently, and oversee facility maintenance.
Your Role: Administrative Supervisor
As the Admin Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient facility management, coordinating vendor relations, overseeing inventory, and maintaining a well-organized environment. Your role will also involve handling travel arrangements, organizing events, and supervising support staff to maintain a high standard of operations.
Key Responsibilities
🏡 Facility & Resource Management
✔ Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
✔ Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the interior space.
✔ Oversee inventory management of furnishings and equipment, ensuring timely replacements.
🎉 Event & Staff Coordination
✔ Organize social events and company functions, ensuring smooth execution.
✔ Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold high facility standards.
✔ Work closely with staff members to maintain a seamless work environment.
What You Bring to the Role
📌 Qualifications & Experience
✔ Proven experience as an Administrative Supervisor or in a similar role.
✔ Fluency in the Chinese language is a plus.
🎯 Key Skills & Competencies
✔ Strong communication skills to understand employer preferences.
✔ High level of organization, efficiency, and discretion.
✔ Knowledgeable in facility management, inventory control, and event planning.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
✔ Relevant training and certifications as an Admin Supervisor are a plus.
📍 Location: This is a fully on-site role based in Tanzania.
