Position: Intervention Specialist
Role Purpose
As an Intervention Specialist, you will play a vital role in implementing key programme interventions within your designated zone, covering three regions. Your expertise will be crucial in improving schools and championing a specialist focus area—gender and girls’ education. You will work closely with government counterparts to ensure impactful planning, execution, and monitoring of interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of programme activities across three regions.
- Provide technical expertise on gender and girls’ education, ensuring interventions align with programme objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Programme Regional Coordinator to ensure timely and effective intervention delivery.
- Engage with regional and district governments, aiding in planning, execution, and monitoring to meet EPforR II disbursement-linked results.
- Work in close coordination with technical leads and key stakeholders at local and national levels.

✅ Strong background in education, gender equality, or child rights
✅ Experience in programme implementation and stakeholder engagement
✅ Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
