Position: Relationship Manager – Privilege

Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager – Privilege, you will be at the forefront of developing and expanding our Privilege Banking segment. Your primary responsibility will be growing the customer base, driving sales, and delivering exceptional banking experiences. You will lead efforts to attract new business and grow our deposit portfolio while ensuring impeccable service to clients.

📌 Reporting to: Head of Affluent Banking


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Sales & Business Development (35%)

  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis for potential clients (Manufacturing, Industries, Government Entities, etc.) to match them with the right banking solutions.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to onboard companies for salary schemes & payroll processing.
  • Work closely with CIB & BB portfolios to convert sales leads into business.
  • Proactively cross-sell banking products (loans, accounts, investment solutions, and digital banking services).
  • Track and report sales progress against set targets, presenting findings to the Head of Affluent Banking.

🔹 Customer Experience (25%)

  • Ensure world-class service delivery, addressing client concerns and providing timely solutions.
  • Track and resolve customer complaints, escalating systemic issues when necessary.
  • Drive customer engagement activities across the network to enhance brand loyalty.

🔹 Compliance & Risk Management (10%)

  • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, BOT regulations, and risk frameworks.
  • Assist in audits and compliance checks by providing accurate reports and documentation.
  • Conduct routine compliance reviews to keep all customer records up to date.

🔹 Business Strategy & Management (30%)

  • Drive customer engagement and retention strategies.
  • Identify resource gaps and recommend solutions to improve business efficiency.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and business insights for management review.

Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional with:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience: Minimum 4 years of banking experience, including 2 years as a Relationship Manager
Deep Understanding of Banking Products & Regulations
Strong Analytical, Negotiation, and Customer Service Skills
Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) and Relationship-Building Abilities
Knowledge of BOT Regulations & Risk Management (Credit, Market & Operational Risks)
