✨ About the Role
As a Prestige Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales of banking products and services. Your role will involve proactively identifying customer needs, building relationships, and providing tailored financial solutions.
While primarily based in the Mbeya Branch, you may be required to support other local branches when needed.
🌟 Key Responsibilities
🛠 Sales & Customer Service (95%)
✅ Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable banking products (Current & Savings Accounts, Loans, Cards, etc.).
✅ Proactively build relationships to anticipate future financial needs and provide advisory services.
✅ Cross-sell banking products to maximize customer value.
✅ Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
✅ Support in-branch customer service initiatives to enhance satisfaction.
✅ Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.
✅ Ensure compliance with service standards and sales targets.
📊 Business Management & Risk Compliance (5%)
✅ Monitor sales progress and maintain performance reports.
✅ Ensure strict adherence to banking policies, regulations, and risk management frameworks.
✅ Proactively identify and mitigate risks in daily operations.
✅ Promote a culture of responsible banking through ethical sales practices.
